As a Lead Generation Agent (Cold Caller), you will be calling, texting, and emailing potential clients across the US.  You will be asking if they are interested in selling their property to a real estate investor and gauging their interest in selling their property.  You may be asking information about their property and situation to include: motivation for selling, condition of the property, repairs needed, timeline to sell, and more.  (real estate wholesaling)

 

Best Way VAs is a US-based virtual assistant staffing agency with VAs around the world.  We are expanding and looking for awesome people to join our team.  

 

Job Requirements

 

Preferred Locations:  USA, Philippines, and South America (bi-lingual English and Spanish).  We will accept applications from any person in any country that has the required experience.

 

English Language:  This position requires you to have spoken and written conversations with clients, so we require good English skills both spoken and written.  Your spoken English must be with very little accent.

 

Equipment Requirements: Computer (with sufficient speed and memory), High Speed Internet, Noise Cancelling Headset, and a Quiet Work Environment

 

Experience:  We require previous experience working on a similar project with cold calling experience for a real estate investor or company (real estate wholesaling).

 

Schedule:  Primary hours are within the hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST.  We also have shift hours as late as 11pm EST and weekends.

 

Part/Full Time:  We offer both full time and part time positions.

 

Salary:  Salary is hourly, based on experience and performance.  Performance bonuses are available.
